Auto Communication Template Variables

Auto Communication Template Variables allow you to personalize automated emails, SMS messages, and other communications in Prado Admin. These variables dynamically pull specific customer or order information, ensuring that your communications are tailored and relevant.

You can find and manage Auto Communications under Marketing > Auto Communications in Prado Admin.

Using Template Variables

When creating or editing an Auto Communication, you can include variables in your message templates. These variables will be automatically replaced with corresponding data when the communication is sent.

For example:

  • Using the variable {customer-first-name} in your email will insert the customer’s first name into the message.
  • Including {total-amount} will display the total amount of the customer's order.

This helps make your communications more engaging and customer-specific.

Available Variables

A comprehensive list of all available template variables, along with their definitions, is maintained in a Google Document. This document outlines:

  • Variable names.
  • The context in which they can be used (e.g., customer details, order details, etc.).
  • A brief description of the data each variable represents.
