🚀Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN) Workflow
We've introduced a comprehensive workflow for creating, signing, and managing Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs). This new feature allows administrators to generate LMNs for various conditions, facilitate an integrated e-signing process for physicians and patients, and automatically deliver the completed documents.
🚀Organization-Wide Feature Toggles
Platform administrators now have the power to enable or disable major features across their entire organization with a single click. This provides greater control and flexibility to tailor the platform to specific business needs. The following programs can now be managed at an organizational level:
- Loyalty Points Program: Activate or deactivate the entire loyalty and rewards system.
- Customer Referrals Program: Control the availability of customer-to-customer referrals.
- Gift Cards: Enable or disable the ability for customers to purchase and redeem gift cards.
🚀Streamlined Checkout Experience
A new option is available to hide the delivery window selection during checkout. This is perfect for businesses that have a single or default delivery timeframe, simplifying the checkout process for customers.
🚀Enhanced Subscription Transparency
For new subscriptions, the checkout page now clearly displays the exact date and time of the cut-off for making changes to the next scheduled order, providing better clarity for subscribers.
🚀Faster Filtering on Customer List
The "Reseller" filter on the admin customer list page is now instant. You can filter customers by one or more resellers without waiting for the page to reload, making it quicker to find the information you need.
🚀Conditional Customer Data Export
The customer data export (both CSV and Excel formats) is now smarter. The "Loyalty Points" column will only be included in the exported file if the loyalty program is currently active for your organization.
🚀Expanded Access for Syndicated Organizations
We've made more settings pages, such as "Refund Reasons" and "Subscription Cancellation Reasons," available to syndicated child organizations, allowing for more granular local management.
🚀Richer Stashed Cart Information
Stashed cart data now includes more details, such as the Store ID and the total quantity of items, providing better insights for analytics and customer support.
Bug Fixes🎉
🐛We resolved an issue that could cause an error when adding an item to the shopping cart under specific conditions.
🐛An issue with data formatting for certain numeric fields in the admin panel has been corrected to ensure data is saved accurately.
🐛Error messages in the admin area have been improved. You'll now see a clearer message if you attempt to adjust a customer's loyalty points when the loyalty program is disabled for the organization.
🐛A minor UI bug affecting the behavior of dropdown menus has been fixed for a smoother user experience.
