Referral Code Passed to Iterable

We have updated the Iterable fields to include “referrerEmail” in order to log the email of the customer that referred the purchaser.

If a new customer uses a referral code on their order, the referrer’s email will be displayed within the Iterable data.

Search Full Customer Name

In order to provide more accuracy when searching for a customer, you are now able to search both first and last name within Admin > Customers

Display Average Order Value

You are now able to view the Average Order Value (AOV) for the entire organization and individual stores within admin v2 > orders > order insights or subscription insights.

When you first navigate to the insights page, you will see the AOV for the organization for the selected time frame. You are also able to search for a specific store to view that location’s AOV.

Login/Sign Up Optimization

For both the home page & checkout

  • The primary Login dialog now has separate fields for email and password
  • We have implemented a separate Sign Up link flow
  • A 15-minute session timeout has been implemented, as well as the option for the customer to check “keep me signed in” at the time of login.
    • If the customer has not checked this and is not active on the site for 15 minutes, they will be automatically logged out.

In addition, we have made some improvements to the signup process in order to prevent duplicate account creation.

  • When signing up, a customer must use a unique phone number and email address.
  • If a customer attempts to sign up utilizing a phone number or email that is already in our system, they will be sent a password reset link.

Sign Up Optimization - POS

To go with the improvements in the sign-up flow, we have linked the sign up process at the POS to account creation on the website.

Now, when you sign a customer up at the POS with an account, they will receive a text message to complete sign up!

When the user selects the link, they will be brought to the signup page to complete the set up of their online account.

National Shipping

You are now able to create a shipping market in order to send your products throughout the United States!

Select “Create Shipping Market” within the Markets section to get started. Within the shipping settings, you’ll determine

  • What type of product you’re shipping
  • How long your items can be in transit
  • How do you want to handle the shipping fee (i.e. is it free to customers, or do they pay a flat fee?)

In addition, You’ll be able to connect to a specific shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or Stamps.com), update shipping subscription settings, and implement order tiers.

Once complete, you’re ready to start shipping!
