Allow Same Day Pickup by Location
In order for merchants to have more control over which locations allow same-day pickup vs. which locations only allow pre-orders, we have updated the “allow same-day pickup” setting to be by location rather than per market.
Within Admin v2 > Fulfillment > Market > Location You will be able to set the following settings by location:
- Allow Same Day In-Store Pickup
- Specifies whether a customer can place a same-day order at the location
- Advance In-Store Pickup Window End
- Specifies how many days in advance a customer can place an order for pickup at the location
One Time Order Lock to apply to Store Pickup/Delivery Orders
In order to ensure that one-time pickup or store delivery orders adhere to the set one-time order lock dates, we have updated the market settings to Order & Subscriptions settings.
Here, you will be able to specify one-time lock dates & subscription lock dates.

Subcategories
In order to support greater organization on the menu, we have introduced the ability to have Subcategories.
Within Admin v1 > Products > Categories, you are able to select the edit option on each category to assign a parent category.

NOTE: The subcategory structure is currently only in Admin v1, however, will be brought into Admin v2 at the beginning of the year.
You will be able to specify 3 levels of subcategories. For instance, in the example:
- Entrees is the 1st level category, within entrees
- Lunch is the 2nd level category
- Salads and Sandwich are the 3rd level categories.
When you have enabled subcategories, the customer will be able to see the list of categories to the left of the menu.
The customer will be able to choose a category from the list, and they will then see the 2nd level categories which they can click into to view the 3rd level categories.
Update ‘My Menu’ to ‘Shop’ within Manage Plan header
When a customer is managing their subscription via the Manage Plan page, we have updated the header link to access the menu to read “Shop” vs. “My Menu”
