Webhook - Order Packed
We have implemented a webhook that is triggered any time an order is set to “packed.” This webhook will contain:
- Subscription id
- Customer id
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Order id
- Order number
- Created date
Note: The created date will be reflected in UTC. UTC is +7 of PST, so in the example, the created date is 12:37 PM PST on 6/29.
Market Headers
To improve the navigation of the stores page, we have implemented market headers to organize the store groups within the stores page.
Store Specific Order Types
To reduce clutter at the POS, we have implemented a flag within custom order types in which you are able to choose the store(s) you would like the order type to be available at.
To implement a store-specific order type, within admin v2 select settings > customer support > custom order types.
Here, you are able to either edit an existing order type or create a new one. Within the edit/creation of the order type, you can choose the store(s) the order type will be available at the POS for.

Note: POS users will need to log out & log back in in order to view the changes.
