What does the "URL Address in Use" error mean?
This error comes up when you are updating a product and you have a product that has the same URL. In most cases, these are duplicate products.
How to resolve this?
There are two (2) ways to resolve this.
- Look for the duplicate product and have it deleted if it's inactive
- You can change the URL Address of the product you are working on if the two (2) products have to stay active at the same time.
How do I change my URL Address?
From Admin, you can go to Products > Products List and select the product you want to update.
Once selected, click on the "Edit Product" button and go to Page Details > URL Address.
