What does the "URL Address in Use" error mean?

This error comes up when you are updating a product and you have a product that has the same URL. In most cases, these are duplicate products. 

How to resolve this? 

There are two (2) ways to resolve this. 

  1. Look for the duplicate product and have it deleted if it's inactive
  2. You can change the URL Address of the product you are working on if the two (2) products have to stay active at the same time.

How do I change my URL Address?

From Admin, you can go to Products > Products List and select the product you want to update.

Once selected, click on the "Edit Product" button and go to Page Details > URL Address.
