(Customer)Apply Pre-Paid Credits During Online Checkout
Customers with available pre-paid credits can easily apply them toward their online orders during checkout.
Using Pre-Paid Credits at Checkout
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- In the Payments section, select the Apply Available Credit checkbox.
- The system will automatically apply any available pre-paid credit balance toward the order total.

Using Pre-Paid Credits When a Saved Payment Method Exists
If you already have a payment method saved to your account, your payment information may be automatically populated during checkout.
To apply pre-paid credit:
- Proceed to checkout as usual.
- In the Payment Info & HSA/FSA Eligibility section, click Edit.
- Select the Use Pre-paid Credit checkbox.
- Review your order and complete checkout.

Any available pre-paid credit will be applied to the order total before charging the remaining balance to your saved payment method, if applicable.
When the Credit Balance Doesn't Cover the Full Order
If the available pre-paid credit balance is less than the order total:
- The available credit will be applied first.
- The remaining balance can be paid using any supported payment method, such as a credit card or other configured payment option.
- The order can be completed once the remaining balance has been successfully paid.
