How to create a Customer Profile

How can I create a new customer profile from the POS interface?

  1. To create an account for a new customer during checkout, open the POS app and navigate to the Customer Rewards section within the Sell tab. Look for the button labeled "Add new customer" in the top left corner.
  2. At this point, you can enter the customer's name, phone number, and email address.
    Make sure to check the box agreeing to the terms of use and privacy policy.
  3. Select "Sign Up"
  4. Customer should receive a complete account request text so they can review their account online!
