Prado Release Notes 5/23/2023

Manage Plan Updates

Manage Plan - Main Page

With our goal to have a simpler, clearer, and easier way to manage subscriptions, we are revamping the existing "manage plan" user experience.

Users who have a current subscription can now manage their next order or subscription so that they can review and make the necessary changes to it the way they want to.

Manage Plan - Swaps

Users who are managing their current subscriptions will now easily see which products are being swapped in their next order or the order they are trying to modify.

Manage Plan - Settings

Users who are managing their current subscription can now easily manage by the next order or change the subscription settings of their order based on their requirements.

  • Users should be able to manage orders as well as subscriptions from order settings on the main screen
  • Users should be given a clear choice to choose if they want to manage just the order or their entire subscription (which includes all future orders)

Manage Plan - Order Total Modal

Users who are managing their current subscriptions can now look at their order total to understand the cost breakup. At the same time, it also shouldn’t occupy the space at the bottom of their screen, especially on mobile.

Allow Customers to Pause Their Subscription

In order to allow customers to pause their subscription for an extended period of time, we have added a “pause subscription” option within subscription settings.

When a customer selects “pause subscription” they will be able to choose when they’d like their subscription to renew next.

The customer will also be given the option to cancel their subscription within this modal.

When a customer views their paused subscription, they will be informed when their subscription is paused and they will be provided the option to renew their subscription.

If the customer chooses to renew their subscription, their subscription will begin according to their subscription settings.
