ADA Updates

ADA Updates included in this release are:

Allow Pre-Order

We have added the ability for customers to choose to pre-order items if they are attempting to purchase a product with low in-store stock

Now, when a customer adds more than the available stock of an item, they will be displayed an “out of stock” message asking them if they would like to buy now or buy later*

If the customer selects “buy later” the product will be moved to a “pre-order” state within the cart. If they choose “buy later,” only the available amount will be added to the cart. 

This option will only display if you have “display sold out items as pre-order” set to YES within marketing > templates > menu

 

Customers will still be able to add one-time and pre-order items to their cart at once. When they select checkout, they will be asked if they would like to purchase the in-stock items today, or all items later. 

If they choose “in-stock items today,” the out-of-stock items will be removed from their order and they will proceed to checkout with the ability to order same-day.

If they choose “all items later,” all items will remain in their cart and they will proceed to checkout with the ability to order for a future date.

In order to provide a clear path to their subscriptions from their account page, we have added a “manage subscriptions” button at the top of the page. 

If a customer has multiple subscriptions, the “select plan” modal will display to allow them to choose the subscription they’d like to view.

Export Orders

You are now able to export the list of active or closed orders within Admin v2 > Orders 

The exported list will include

  • Order Number
  • Customer
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Order Type
  • Fulfillment Type
  • Fulfillment Date
  • Store
  • # of Items
  • Items
  • Status
  • Total
  • Discounts
  • Refunded

Export Promotions

You are also able to export the list of promotions within Admin v2 > marketing > promotions

Added Skipped Order Notification

We have included a new email trigger event that you are able to use to notify a customer that their upcoming order is currently skipped. They will have until the lock date to unskip & edit if needed. 

You are able to set this trigger up within Admin v2 > Marketing > Auto Communication

The trigger event for this notification is “Subscription Renewal Set to Skip”

Admin V2 - POS Set Up

We have moved the ability to set up terminals into Admin v2. You are now able to access the following within Settings > Point Of Sale

  • Terminals
  • Breakage Reasons
  • Comp Reasons
  • Inventory Adjustment Reasons

End of Day Rollover

Previously, End of Day Rollover was initiated from the Shelf Count. We found this may not be the most accurate, as it did not take into account any orders that were not marked as “packed” that day.

In order to address this, we have updated the rollover value to pull from the Available Count. You are able to see the available count of a product within admin > stores > inventory

Display Tax within Analytics

We have added a Tax column within analytics > reports > orders in order to provide a quick view of tax collected.

API Support

We have updated our Public API to include two new APIs:

  • Create a cart
  • Update an item in the cart (i.e., add and remove product variant quantities to the cart)
