The following items have been updated in accordance with ADA Compliance:

  • Store Details Dropdown Button
  • Modal Functionality - Focus Order Level A
  • Zip Code Search Bar
  • Top Panel - Bypass Block Level A
  • Sitewide Form Input Fields - Error Identification Level A

CTA Block Update

In order to make it more clear that the zip code + email should be entered prior to the fulfillment method, we have hidden the fulfillment method until the customer enters their zip code and email address

Once their information is entered, the fulfillment selection will populate and they will be able to choose their fulfillment method

Subscription Upsell Configuration

To support removing the subscription upsell card from the menu & cart, we have implemented a toggle to turn this feature on/off

Within Admin Classic > Marketing > Menu, you can set the DISPLAY SUBSCRIPTION UPSELLS setting

  • If “yes,” the subscription upsell card will display in the menu and within the cart
  • If “no,” the upsell will not be displayed
    • This is the default setting

Note: the text for both the card and cart upsells will be set by the same configurations.

Primary Category Configuration

In order to highlight specific categories within reporting, we have included the Primary Category flag within a category

Within Admin > Settings > Products > Categories you are able to mark a specific category as “primary category”

Then, within Analytics > Store or Online reports > By Category you will be able to filter the report by primary categories to view metrics related to those specific items.

Employee Break Button

To prevent new store deliveries from being placed while an employee is on break, we have implemented an “employee break” button within the settings on the POS.

When you select “on break,” the CAN USE DOORDASH setting will be turned off so that customers are not able to select this option on the website when placing the order so long as you are “on break.”

To set yourself on break, select the “employee break” button within Settings and choose “on break”

Employee Break Button

Once you select “on break” an orange bar will appear at the top of the POS screen

NOTE: this will only display on the POS that you selected “on break” from.

After you have selected “on break” customers will not be able to select Store Delivery for your location.

Employee Break Button

When you come back from break, select the “employee break” button within Settings again and choose “off break”

The orange banner on the POS will be removed, and customers will again be able to select Store Delivery from the website.
