How to Configure a Lifetime Discount
A Lifetime Discount allows you to offer a permanent discount to a customer for the entire duration of their relationship with your business. This can be used to reward loyalty or for special promotions, and it ensures that the customer will receive the discount on all eligible orders going forward.
How to set up Lifetime Discount
- Go to Admin > Settings.
- Navigate to Marketing > Loyalty Policy.
- Click on Edit Point Settings

Scroll down to Lifetime Discount section.

Set Threshold Type
- Order Count: Set a specific number of orders that qualify the customer for the lifetime discount.
- Orders Total Amount: Define a threshold total amount spent that qualifies the customer for the lifetime discount.
- Threshold Value
- Discount Type: Percentage (%) or Fixed Amount ($)
- Discount Value: Value in % or $.

Set Threshold Type
- Click on Save Changes.
How to apply Lifetime Discount on customer account.
- Go to Admin > Customers.
- Search for the customer account.
- Click on Edit Details.
- Toggle Apply Lifetime Discount.
- Click on Save Details.
