Adding Additional Information Fields to Subscription Cancelation Reasons
To better understand why customers are canceling their subscriptions, you now have the capability to capture more detailed information by adding a field for additional comments on each cancellation reason.
This new feature of adding fields for additional information on subscription cancellation reasons allows you to capture detailed feedback from customers. By following the steps outlined above, you can enable and configure these fields to gather valuable insights and potentially reduce the churn rate.
Enabling Additional Information Fields

Navigate to Admin > Settings > Subscription Cancelation Reasons:
- This is where you manage the reasons customers can select when they cancel their subscriptions.

Select the Cancelation Reason:
- Choose the specific cancellation reason for which you want to add a text field for additional information.

Edit the Cancelation Reason:
- Click on "Edit" to modify the selected cancellation reason.

Add a Field for Additional Information:
- Check the option "Add a field for additional information" to enable the text field.

You will also have the option to make this field required. If selected, customers will need to provide additional information before completing the cancellation process.
