🚀Google Analytics Event
“uber_delivery_distance_outside_range”
We have created this gtag to track instances where customers' addresses fall outside the delivery range for partner delivery, providing valuable insights into undeliverable locations.
🚀Discount Display Update
We've refined the discount display experience to provide users with a more accurate view of their savings.
When a merchant has both subscription discount (set up in Fulfillment>Market>Edit Market> Subscription Policy) and loyalty discounts enabled(Setting>Marketing>Loyalty Policy).
Both discounts are now considered in the calculation of the strike-through and discounted prices throughout the site. For merchants with only active subscription discounts, the displayed discount considers this policy exclusively.
🚀Communications Opt-in Settings
Within the Admin > Online Store > Templates > Communication, merchants can now customize opt-in preferences. This includes the ability to auto-opt users in for both email and SMS communications. Additionally, merchants can choose whether the opt-in modal displays during the sign-up process or when a customer proceeds to checkout.
🚀Loyalty Points Adjustment in POS
This enhancement provides support for in-store employees in adjusting point values for specific rewards programs, we've revamped the existing loyalty points functionality within POS.
Within the customer profile on POS:

Adding Points:
- Selecting "Add" prompts a modal to specify the points/credit to add.

Choose an adjustment reason from those configured in Admin > Settings > Marketing > Loyalty.
Include additional notes. - Save changes to add points; modal closes. Cannot save without selecting an adjustment reason.

Removing Points:
- Choosing "Remove" generates a modal for specifying points to remove.
- Select an adjustment reason from configured options.
- Add any relevant notes.
- Save changes to deduct points; modal closes. Saving requires selecting an adjustment reason.

Bug Fixes🎉
🐛Gift Card Handling for Subscriptions
Now, when customers choose to pay for subscription orders with a gift card, our updated logic ensures a more seamless experience. Instead of skipping orders when the gift card can't cover the full amount after the lock date, we now charge the gift card first. If there's a remaining balance, it's charged to the default payment method, preventing order skips.
🐛Editing Subscription Meals Auto Adds as One-Time Order
Corrected issue where editing subscription meals inadvertently added items as one-time orders. Now, when subscribers modify their meal selections, added items correctly default to the subscription instead of a one-time order.
🐛Pickup Store Options Display Fix
We've fixed the delay issue where pickup store options were not immediately visible in the fulfillment modal. Now, upon entering your zip code and selecting pickup, available locations are promptly displayed. If there's only one pickup option, it is pre-selected for a quicker ordering experience
🐛POS App Closure after Printing Chit receipt
Corrected POS issue where app would crash after printing random orders chit receipt.
🐛Checkout with Empty Cart
Addressed an issue where users were able to check out with an empty cart. With this correction, the checkout process now appropriately restricts users from proceeding when their cart is empty.
🐛Categories Order Restoration
We've resolved an issue where adding a subcategory disrupted the order of categories on the website, causing them to shuffle. Now, the categories on the site correctly mirror the order set in the Admin.
🐛To Make Report Fix
Resolved an issue where the To Make report, when filtered by store, displayed total values instead of updating. Now, selecting a specific store accurately reflects only the meals assigned to that location for the specified time period.
🐛Update Fulfillment Customer Data
Corrected issue where customer data would not pre populate when attempting to update there fulfillment details for an order.
🐛Order Reports to Include Refund Column
When exporting Admin > Analytics > Online Orders > Orders. You will now see a refund column!
🐛Error Ordering With Custom Order Types
Merchants reported “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” errors when attempting to place a custom order using their primary delivery partner. Corrected this issue that was causing this during order curation.
🐛Error During Submitting Payment
We've addressed an issue where customers encountered a "Null Object Must Have Value" error during the checkout process, even with prefilled checkout information. This problem was specifically related to applying loyalty point
🐛POS Refunded Items Showing on Chit Receipt
Corrected POS issue where refunded items would print on multiple chit receipts.
