Markets
Markets Overview
Markets will be managed within Admin Classic.
To view current markets Operations > Markets
Once within the Markets screen, you can click on a specific market to view market details, or you can create a new market.
Create Market
To create a market, select Create Market within the Markets page & enter the requested information within the modal.
You are able to select whether you’d like the market to display as a “virtual location.” This will allow customers to see that online ordering is available in this area.
When selecting “virtual location,” the Latitude and Longitude are required in order to show the location on the store's page in the customer experience.
Managing Markets
When you click on a specific market, you are able to view/manage
- Market details
- Order settings
- Zip codes
- Delivery zones
- Store groups
- Stores
- Active delivery windows
These areas will now be set per market
Product Market Availability
Market availability for products will be managed in Admin v2
To update market availability, select products within Admin v2 > choose product > Edit Product > Availability
In order to make the product active within a market, you will select Make All Market Active. Once selected, you will be able to select the dropdown arrow to choose the specific delivery zones/stores at which the product is available.

The contents of the Locations Page are driven by the configurations in Marketing > Templates > Stores, as well as the configurations in Markets.
- Prior to entering a zip code, the customer will see all markets available
- Markets are expandible to view the stores within each market
- After entering the zip code, the customer will see a list of locations listed from closest to furthest away.
- The number of stores displayed is determined by the ZIP CODE SEARCH STORE DISTANCE LIMIT (MILES) configuration in Marketing > Templates > Stores
For virtual locations, customers will be prompted to enter a zip code to start shopping.
Applying Loyalty

Existing subscription customers are now able to apply loyalty points to their upcoming subscription orders. They are able to apply the points either in their Cart or within the Manage Plan page

POS Sign-in Update
POS Sign-in Update
In order to clean up the users displayed within POS for sign-in, a configuration has been added to the User level within Admin Classic to assign stores to each user.
If the user has stores assigned, they will display within the POS login screen.
If the user does not have any stores assigned, they will not display within the POS login screen.
To update permissions, select Admin Classic > IT > Users, select the user you’d like to update, and then select stores for POS access

Within Admin v2, you are able to see insights for Subscriptions, Orders, and Customers.
