Customer Overview
Customer Search
In order to locate a customer’s account, select Customers > Customers List from the left panel menu.
Within the customer list, you are able to search for a specific customer using:
- Customer first name
- Customer last name
- Customer ID
- Customer contact information (phone number or email)
Customer Details
Once you've located the customer you'd like to view, you are able to select the customer's name to view the details of their account. Within the customer profile, you will be able to view/edit customer details
