How do I set Pickup in-store?
To ensure that your market fulfillment settings allow store pickup orders, follow these steps:
- Go to Fulfillment > Select an existing market to edit or create a new market.

Choose your preferred fulfillment method under Market Details. Click on "I want to offer Store Pickup"
- Go to Pickup Settings. Click Save once done.
After configuring your fulfillment settings, the next step is to establish a location within this serviceable area or market. You have the option to select the type of location or configure the store hours.
- Go to Fulfillment
- Select the Market name you just created
- Click on the Create Location or Select an existing Location > Edit Location.
Location Details
- Retail Location - This represents a physical store where customers can visit and make purchases in person. Additionally, customers can place online orders for Store Pickup and Store Delivery at this store if desired.
- Pickup Location - This serves as a designated pickup point where customers or delivery drivers can collect online orders placed for Store Pickup and Store Delivery. Please note that there is no inventory available for in-store shopping at this location.
- Kitchen - This is a specialized location primarily used as an inventory source for multiple other locations. Customers cannot view or interact with this location during their shopping experience.
Configuring the location settings also enables you to specify the lead time for order pickups and decide whether customers can schedule pickup orders in advance. . Read more about How do I set up my location?.
