How to set up Product Availability?
Learn how to effectively manage and update product availability for your online store to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
We understand that some merchants prefer to change their menu more often than others. Here at Prado, we ensure that setting up your product will give you flexibility on when you’d like this to become available; either by date or location.
To set up your product availability;
- Go to Products > Products List > select the product and then click Edit Product
- Go straight to the Availability tab
- You can choose to either have it available as a one-time order or a subscription. You can also enable both if you want to.

The Dates Availability will allow you to set the date the product will become available and the date you will stop offering it.
- Key Note: Product availability date is the date you want customers to receive the product.
- You can click on “Add Availability Dates” if you plan to sell it again for a limited time.
- If you scroll down, you should see the list of your Markets and assign which market you wish to sell this product to or channel (either online or in-store only).
