Modals button to default to “select”
These buttons will display “Select” instead of “Select {Subscription terminology}”. This provides clarity and improves the aesthetic.


 

Territory Manager Enhancement for Corporate Accounts
To provide more details for corporate accounts, we've introduced a new feature. When creating a customer in the admin, you will now find a "Territory Manager" checkbox. This checkbox allows you to designate a customer as a representative of a corporate account.

For corporate accounts, merchants can easily access these designated customers by selecting them from a dropdown. This enhancement streamlines the process of managing and associating customers with corporate accounts.

Loyalty Point Accrual for Corporate accounts
Merchants can now toggle "Allow Corporate Accounts to accrue loyalty" within Admin > Settings > Marketing > Loyalty Policy.


When turned OFF, customers flagged as Corporate Accounts won't accrue loyalty points, ensuring a streamlined corporate experience.  This enhances merchants ability to set corporate account guardrails around referral and loyalty benefits.

Customer Groups
This feature looks to offer more personalized marketing.

Within Admin> Customers> Customer Groups, you will be able to create a customer group and assign a flat discount amount for this group.

You can add customers to the  group from their profile, or add them directly to the group in admin.

Resolved Bugs/Quality of life

  • Improved Instructions Display
    Prepare instructions now consistently display, regardless of whether nutritional facts are hidden or not.
  • Exporting past fulfill report
    Resolved an issue where an error occurred while exporting picksheets using past dates. The export process is now error-free.
  • Deleted products in subscriptions
    If a product is deleted from the menu and a customer has this deleted product in their subscription, it will now trigger the unavailable item communication during pre-processing for the subscription
  • Add-on inventory tracking
    Add-on products now adhere to the same inventory rules as regular products, ensuring they are displayed only if available and accounting for stock.
  • Skipping/Unskipping orders
    Resolved an issue where certain customers faced difficulties in skipping or unskipping their subscription orders.
  • Deleted customer error 
    Fixed error when attempting to search a deleted customer in admin classic.
  • Delivery window null error
    Previously, users encountered a Null error when selecting the delivery window before choosing the address during checkout. The fix ensures that the delivery window is only available after entering/selecting the address.
  • Cancel subscription error on mobile
    Corrected error when on mobile and attempting to cancel subscription.
