Subscription Winback Modal
In order to provide the chance to win back a customer after they have selected to cancel, we have provided the option to configure a winback promotion for each cancelation reason.
To configure winbacks:
- Set up the desired promotion
- In the example, I have set up WINBACK20 as $20 off their next subscription order.
- Associate promotion to a cancelation reason
- Within Admin Classic > Operations > Subscription cancelation reasons choose the cancelation reason you would like to associate with the created promotion
- Enter the promotion code & provide the text you’d like to display to the customer.
Within the customer experience, when a customer selects “cancel subscription” they will be asked to provide a cancelation reason.
When they choose a cancelation reason that has a winback offer attached, they will see the winback modal after they select “cancel plan”
If they choose “apply promo” the configured promotion will automatically apply to their subscription and they will receive the discount on their next subscription order.
NOTE: because you can only have one promotion applied at a time, this promotion will override any current promotion the customer has on their subscription.

Store Delivery Checkout Enhancement
In order to make it more clear that the delivery fee + tip will be updated once the customer’s delivery information is saved, we have enhanced the order summary view.
Prior to the customer saving their delivery information, delivery fee, tip, and total will be listed but not display any value. In addition, a disclaimer will be displayed informing them that the delivery fee will be updated once the delivery information is saved.
Once saved, the disclaimer will update to inform the customer that the delivery fee may change if they update their delivery information.

Update Loyalty Point application on POS
In order to call out when a customer has points to redeem, we have updated the “select points to apply” dropdown in order to make it more visible.
This will display if the customer has loyalty points available and their total reaches the threshold to apply points to the order.

Add Store Address to DataMart
We have added the store address to the StoreDetailsProfiles table within DataMart. The snapshot below is from the staging DataMart. You are able to see columns for Address1, Address2, City, State, and ZipCode
Bug Fixes
Bugs addressed in this release include:
- Product description not displaying when a zip code has not been entered
- Future delivery date dropdown showing incorrect dates
- Tips applied to order if fulfillment type is changed from store delivery to store pickup.
- Delivery time selected for store delivery should have 15 minute buffer
- Promotions set to “never placed an order” do not apply to subscription renewal instances
