CTA Block Update
Within the CTA block configurations, we have added the option to enter zip code and email without fulfillment selection being required.
If this option is selected, the customer will be routed to the main page with the fulfillment selection modal displayed and the zip code provided pre-populated within the modal so that the customer is able to select fulfillment at that time.
Anchor Link Functionality
To add more navigation capability within landing pages, you are now able to utilize anchor links to link to the titles of other blocks within the landing page you are creating.
To utilize this functionality, highlight the portion of text you’d like to link to another section and select the link option within the text editor tools. Within the hyperlink, enter # followed by the title of the block you’d like to link to.
NOTE: if the title of the section you’re linking to includes spaces, you will need to accommodate those spaces using an underscore. For example: “Other_services”
Pass Unserviceable Zip Codes to Iterable
The Zip Code Status has been added to the email acquired event within Iterable
When a customer enters a zip code that is not supported & their email is captured, the emailAcquired event will display the zipCodeStatus as “Unserviced.”
Tax Exempt Button on POS
To support customers that may hold a tax-exempt status we have implemented the ability to remove tax from an order at the POS.
When checking out a customer, you are able to select “Tax Exempt” (located under the eGift Card option) to remove the tax from the order.
Date/Time Displayed on POS Receipt
We have updated the printed receipt at POS to reflect the date/time of the transaction.
Checkout Updates
In order to ensure the checkout experience is cohesive with the rest of the menu ordering system, we are updating the user experience to match the design.
Manage Plan Updates
To provide customers more flexibility in managing their subscriptions, we’ve reimagined the manage plan view as well as implemented the ability to update the next week’s menu!
These enhancements will make it so that customers are always able to update their subscriptions, instead of having an extended period of down time while their current fulfillment date is locked.
For more information, please see the in-depth overview of the new Manage Plan view.
