Enhancements/Improvements🎉

🚀New User Order Flow Enhancements 
Our objective with this enhancement is to ensure users land on the perfect menu view by aligning zip code, fulfillment type, street address (conditional), order date, and subscription preferences. Merchants can now configure the start subscription selection to show in the Fulfillment Modal.

🚀Add Address & Delivery Date to Fulfillment Modal 
You can now configure the fulfillment modal to include the delivery date and the delivery address as required fields in the fulfillment modal.

🚀Add Start Subscription Checkbox to the Fulfillment Modal 
You can now configure the fulfillment modal to include the ability for users to subscribe. This action should land them on the view of the menu that would either lead them down the path of a one time order or a subscription order.

If users check “start a subscription” they should be pushed into the current subscription sign up flow then dropped on the menu as a subscriber

This will guide the add to cart actions on the menu. If the user starts a subscription, the add to cart button will auto add to their subscription. If they do not subscribe the add to cart button will auto add to cart as a one time order. 
 

🚀Reduce Product Card Clicks & Add quantity counter to product card  
Now that users have the option to start a subscription from the fulfillment modal the menu has also been streamlined to reduce the product card click from 2 down to 1. 

🚀Additional Info for Fulfill Report
We've made updates to the To Fulfill report export by adding two new columns:

  • Square Location ID: This column is positioned after the Location column. It includes the assigned Square Location ID for the location where the order is set to be picked up.
  • Corporate Order: This column indicates whether the order was placed by a customer flagged as a "corporate account."  'yes' for orders placed by customers flagged as "corporate accounts.” and “no” for those that are not.

     

 

🚀Report on Corporate Orders 
You can now filter orders by both corporate account status and territory manager when viewing in Admin > Analytics > Store Reports > Orders.

The filter options are conveniently available as a dropdown, simplifying selection and deselection of territory managers.

 

🚀Account Designation in Customer List
We have also added a column to the customer list in admin so that merchants can filter those customers with corporate account status.

🚀Klaviyo Customer Profile Enhancements
Merchants can now enjoy enhanced segmentation in Klaviyo with the following additions to the customer profile:

  • IsSubscriber: 
    • 'Yes' for customers with an active subscription.
    • 'No' for customers without an active subscription.
  • AccountCreditBalance:
    • Displays the total account credit for customers.
  • NumberOfOrders:
    • Shows the total number of orders placed by the customer.
  • LifetimeValue:
    • Represents the total amount spent by the customer over all time.

 

Bug Fixes🎉

🐛Checkout Date Availability Issue
Corrected issue were customer had repressed view  of available times for locations that were open less than 3 days in a week. Now the full range of times will show for these locations.

🐛Pick-up Date and Time on Receipts
Previously the receipts would using the Created Date value for both the Created & Pickup sections of the Chit Receipt. This has been corrected and will show the date and time 

🐛Footer Editing
Fixed issue where merchants would not be able to edit items in the footer navigation settings without receiving error.

🐛POS Payment for Partner Delivery
Corrected issue where orders from Ubereats, Grub Hub, and DoorDash would call for payment in POS.

🐛Modifier Order Persistence Update
Previously, merchants faced an issue where the desired display order of modifiers, once changed, would not be saved upon returning to admin to edit the product.

🐛Excessive Loading When Modifying Product
Addressed an issue where users experienced excessive loading times when attempting to modify a product in their cart by clicking on the item.

🐛Timestamp for CartAbandoned Metric in Klaviyo
Corrected issue where the CartAbandoned events would send the same timestamp. This has been corrected and will now display the correct timestamp.
 

🐛CloudFlare Issue when Visiting Package Products
Addressed a cloudflare issue tied to viewing products bundles.
