How do I refund an order on POS?

Refunding from Order History -

  1. To refund an order , you can select order history from the category menu.
  2. From this screen you can see the listed orders or search by order # , phone #, or email.
  3. Click on the order, then select "Start refund" from on the top right of the pop-up. From here you can select which items, quantity of items, or select to refund all items.
  4. From this modal you can select the amount of product to refund individually and press continue. Or select to "Refund All Items" and press continue.
  5. Now you will be able to select the "Refund for Reason" and what tender they should they receive , and then select to "Refund Order".

How Refund a Pick-up Order

To refund a scheduled pick-up order. 

From the main "Sell" screen select Pick-up Orders.

After selecting pick-up orders, from here you should see the pick-up orders for the day.

Select "Cancel Order" this will flow to the "Items to Refund" modal then to the "Confirm Refund" page.

You can also select on each of the ordered products to change the "actual" amount.

This will assist with partials refunds for orders.
