How to move existing orders to a different delivery date in bulk?

Merchants now have the ability to make adjustments for holidays and move orders in bulk when closing a delivery window.

  1. Go to Admin Fulfill.
  2. Click on Active Delivery Windows
  3. You can filter per Market, or Search a Delivery Window using Market, Delivery Zone or Zip Code.
  4. Click on the Delivery Window that you would like to edit. 
  5. Click on Edit Window
  6. Uncheck Open to turn off the delivery window. 
  7. Select a date from the dropdown to transfer all orders for that window.
  8. Click on Save.

Turning off a delivery window will prompt the user to move all existing orders & upcoming subscription instances from that window to a different active window. 

You should be able to choose the new delivery window from a dropdown. The dropdown will only show active delivery windows within 7 days before or after the selected delivery window.

Once changes are saved, the orders should be moved to the selected active delivery window date/time.
