How to update Account Credit and Loyalty Points?

Within the Customer Details page, you are able to add or remove account credits or loyalty points to a customer's account.

Here's how you can adjust account credits or loyalty points:

  1. Go to Admin Customers and search for the customer.
  2. Click on Manage Balance under Account Credit or Loyalty Points
  3. Enter Value to Add, select Reason > Click on Deposit or Add Points.

Note: If you would like to deduct credits or points simply include a minus sign (-) before the value. For example, deducting 10 credits should be entered as -$10

Account credits are used within the customer service team in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Account credits are automatically applied to their next online or in-store orders. 

Loyalty Points are points earned from making purchases online and in-store and can be redeemed for discounts based on your loyalty policy. Your loyalty policy is set up within Admin > Settings > Marketing > Loyalty Policy.
