Customer Experience
Update Manage Plan Page to Display Discounts + Fees
In order to make it clear to returning subscribers what the cost of their weekly subscription will be, we have updated the manage plan page to include discounts + fees that are applicable to their order.
- Subtotal
- Discounts (if applied)
- Tax
- Fees (packaging, delivery, or convenience fees)
- Tip (if applicable)
- Loyalty redemption (if applied)
- Total
Order Details UI Update
We have updated the “order details” page to match the customer experience. Here, a customer will be able to view:
- Order number
- Delivery/pickup date
- Delivery window/time
- Order status
- Address
- Order details
- Order price breakdown
- Refer a friend link
- Start new subscription link
- Customer support link
Customers will be directed to this page after placing a new one-time order or starting a new subscription. They’ll also be able to access this page from account > order history > order details.
Add Address from Plan Settings
In order to make it easier for customers to add a new delivery address to their subscription, we have added the ability to view all addresses and add a new address from the Plan Settings page.
Within plan settings > addresses the customer will be able to
- View addresses currently available
- View which address is set as their default
- Be able to add a new address if needed.
Admin Portal
POS Receipt Layout - Admin v2
The print receipt layout has been introduced to Admin v2. You are able to manage this within Settings > Point of Sale > Print Receipt Layout
Hide/Show products on Sample Menu - v2
The setting to show products on the sample menu has been brought into Admin v2. You are able to set this within Products > Product Info.
Note: this option defaults to “yes”
