Fulfillment Modal

A Fulfillment Modal is a pop-up window or overlay that appears when customers initiate the ordering process. This modal is triggered when customers click the Start Order button or add items to their cart, prompting them to enter their zip code. It gathers key fulfillment information, such as delivery method, delivery date, and address, ensuring all necessary details are collected before completing the order. The Fulfillment Modal helps streamline the checkout process and reduce errors, especially for orders involving delivery or shipping.

How to Configure Required Fields in the Fulfillment Modal:

  1. Navigate to Admin V2 > Online Store
  2. Go to Menu Styling > Fulfillment Modal

Key Configuration Options:

  • Street Address Selection: Set the Street Address as a required field within the Fulfillment Modal to ensure customers provide their delivery details before proceeding with the order.
  • Order Date Selection: Configure the Order Date as a required field, allowing customers to choose the desired delivery or fulfillment date during checkout. If this option is disabled, the system will automatically select the closest available fulfillment date.
  • Continue Button CTA Text: Customize the text on the Continue button to match your brand’s style or provide a clearer action prompt (e.g., “Proceed with Order” or “Complete Checkout”).
  • Login Text, and Color
  • Login Subtext, and Color
  • Login Button Text, Button Color, and Button Background Color
  • Login Section Background Color
