How to update a subscription?

Keeping subscriptions up-to-date is essential for accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

This page provides guidance on how to:

Locating a Customer's Subscription

You can locate a customer's subscription in 2 ways:

  1. From Admin > Orders:
    1. Go to Orders > All Subscriptions.
    2. Search for the subscription number or select the subscription from the list.
  2. From Admin > Customers: 
    1. Navigate to Customers and search for the customer’s profile.
    2. Go to Orders and select the subscription you wish to edit from the list of active subscriptions within the specified customer account.

Once you’ve selected a customer’s subscription, you have complete transparency into all the subscription details, including the;

  • internal ID
  • origin store
  • day/time the order is scheduled
  • frequency
  • cost
  • products.

You'll also see an overview of the subscription cost in the upper right corner of the subscription details block. This overview will display the number of items within the subscription and the itemized cost including subtotal, any discounts applied, tax, and total.

Select Update Details to modify any of these details 

  • Recipient First and Last Name
  • Subscription Name
  • Subscription Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Fulfillment (Scheduled Delivery, Partner Delivery, Store Pickup)
    • If for Delivery, option to update delivery address will be made available
    • If for Pickup, option to select store location for pickup will be made available
  • Delivery or Pickup date/time
  • Next delivery/pickup date.

 

Select Pause Subscription to pause the subscription.

Select Cancel Subscription to cancel the subscription together.

Select Update Subscription if you want to add or remove items, then adjust as necessary.

Finalize all the adjustments you’ve made by selecting Save Products. Make sure to pay attention to when the changes will take effect, which you’ll see next to the Save Products button.
