Applying Pre-Paid Credits On POS
Once the tiers have been added, merchants can now add the account credit after selecting the customer profile.
After selecting the tier desired, payment will be prompted.
Applying Pre-Paid Credits during Online Checkout
- Selecting the checkbox in the payments section to apply available credit.
- Utilizing additional payment methods if the pre-paid balance doesn't cover the full order amount.
- Viewing the applied pre-paid credit on the order confirmation/receipt page for transparency.
Additionally, customers' pre-paid credit history can be viewed on their profile in Admin, reflecting all instances of credit being added/used, even if refunded for an order using account credits.
