How to set-up the Prado POS
Congratulations on getting your POS! This article looks to help with downloading the app, authorizing the app, and setting up users to use the app.
Downloading the POS App
First thing is to make sure you've downloaded the Prado POS App on the Ipad.
To find this App go to the App Store > then search for Prado POS App which will look like this
Open the App and select "Allow" to all the access modals
After allowing all the access, you'll see where to add your authorization code.
How to get authorization code from admin
- Now we'll navigate to your admin for your site to get this code.
- In admin > setting > you will see a section called Point of Sale, this is were we will go to set-up our POS for our store.
- Here you will see the list of stores you have set-up in fulfillment, how many active POS terminals are at that store, and if the store status.
- Click into the store that you are needing to set-up.
- Select Add Terminal in the top right of this screen
- Add the Terminal Name and make the Terminal "Active" by selecting the check box
- Select all that apply :
Has Cash Drawer- This terminal will be taking cash and giving change.
Is Mobile- This terminal can log into multiple stores - Save the Terminal and you will get your authorization code to enter to the POS!

Creating and Giving Users POS Access
Once you've entered the code, you will need to give POS access to your users so they may operate and sign in to the POS.
To do this follow these steps:
- Login to Admin for your Site
- Go to Settings
- Select Users and Permissions
- From here you can select users that are already added or create users
- After adding the details listed in the new users (Once added user will receive an email to set their password)
- once added search for the user
- edit the user and see "Edit POS Access"
- Find the location that the user should have access too and check the box next to its name.
- Save
- Now go to the POS for that location
- Select user and have that user sign in with their password.
Once logged in, the user will be able to access the POS and ring up customers!
