Block Design Updates

In order to better fit the needs of merchants when designing landing pages, we have updated the design of our most popular blocks.

Update Checkout Complete Page - Shipping

In order to inform customers of their multiple tracking numbers if their order contains more than one shipment, we have updated the checkout complete page to display the tracking number for each package. 

  • Each package should have the same order # and delivery date.
  • Each package should have it’s own tracking # and tracking URL. 

Start New Order & Manage Subscription from Header Navigation

In order to provide more room on the menu, we have moved the one time order & manage plan buttons to the header navigation. 

  • A signed-in subscriber should see both New One-time Order & Manage Plan within the header.
  • A signed-in customer without a subscription should just see the New One-time Order button within the header.

Create Order/Subscription Updates

In order to ensure the customer support team is able to apply all options a customer would, we have added the following options within the Create Order flow in Admin v2: 

  • Include Utensils 
  • Subscription Name & Frequency
  • Age Verification
  • Use Account Credit/Loyalty Points Toward Order

Product Upload/Update

In order to make product creation and updating multiple products more streamlined, we have introduced the ability to upload product information within Admin > Products > Actions > Import from Excel.

When this modal is displayed, you will have the option to download your current library in order to make changes & re-upload. 

The export of your current library will include: 

  • Prado Product ID
  • Prado Variant ID
  • Imported Product ID
  • Imported Variant ID
  • Product Name
  • Variant Name
  • SKU
  • Default Pricing
  • Category
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Inventory Tracking
  • Age Restricted

Add Closed Reason to Subscription Instances

In order to provide more clarity as to why a subscription instance has reached the closed state, we have added a closed reason within the instance list. 

  • Processed: successfully processed into an order
  • Skipped: closed because the instance was set to skip at the time of processing
  • Expired: auto-cancelled in conjunction with the subscription cancellation auto settings within the fulfillment policy
  • Terminated: closed because the fulfillment date of the instance is greater than or equal to today.
    1. NOTE: this shouldn’t generally happen, but can happen if an unhandled error doesn’t allow us to complete our processing attempt
