Referral Policy

Our referral program is designed to reward both referrers and referred users for participating. To manage and customize your referral policy, follow the steps below.

How to Edit Referral Policy Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings > Marketing > Referral Policy in the Admin panel.
  2. Customize the following settings as per your business needs:

Configurable Settings

Applicable Order Types
Specify which order types qualify for referral rewards (e.g., one-time orders, subscription orders).

Max. Discount per Order
Define the maximum discount that can be applied to a single order through the referral program.

Max. Referrals per Customer
Set a limit on the number of referrals each customer can make.

Reward for Referred Users

  • Discount Type: Choose between a percentage discount or a fixed dollar amount.
  • Discount Value: Define the discount value offered to referred users.
  • Min. Order Value: Set the minimum order amount required for the referred user to redeem their reward.

Reward for Referrers

  • Referrer Account Credit Amount: Specify the amount credited to the referrer’s account when their referral completes a qualifying purchase.

Allow Corporate Accounts to Receive Referral Rewards (Y/N)
Enable or disable the ability for corporate accounts to participate in the referral program.

Send Referral Reminder (Y/N)

  • If enabled, set the number of days after which the reminder email will be sent to users who have not redeemed their referral code.
