Enhancements/Improvements🎉

🚀Header Navigation Updates/Login Modal
Following a login, users will now encounter an Order Modal, enabling swift selection of one-time or subscription orders. Additionally, users with active subscriptions will have the option to select to edit them directly from the modal interface.

🚀Understanding pre-paid account credits
Merchants can now offer prepaid account credits for future orders by configuring settings in -  Admin > Settings > Marketing > Pre-Paid Credits.

This feature acts as a versatile alternative to traditional gift cards, allowing customers to apply credit to both one-time and subscription orders and can be applied on both online and POS orders.

🚀Add pre-paid credits on POS

  • Applying Pre-Paid Credits On POS
    Once the tiers have been added.  From the POS you will be able to add the account credit after selecting the customer profile.  After selecting the tier desired, payment will be prompted.


     
  • Accessing Pre-Paid Credit History in Admin
    In the Admin section, users can access the pre-paid credit history of customers by following these steps:
    • Navigate to the customer profile in admin.
    • Click on "Manage Balance" under the Pre-Paid Credit Balance section.
    • This action will display the customer's pre-paid credit history, detailing previous purchases including information about who was signed in and provided the credit via POS.
  • This history reflects all instances of credit being added or used, including refunds processed using account credits, and the user that was signed in during the transaction.



 

🚀Add delivery fee row in closed order report
Now, merchants can have visibility into the delivery fee for closed orders within the Closed Order Report.

To access this feature, navigate to Admin > Orders > Closed Orders > Export  The exported report now has the delivery fees associated with each order.



🚀Google analytic events
We currently track several events to GA and we are planning to integrate more, below is our current list of events tracked.



 

🚀Insights Calculations

  1. Home Page:
    • Aligned all calculations with the Order Paid Date and utilize Order Total for accuracy.
    • Optimize load speed for Business Insights and reposition it above Key Analytics.
    • Default date range to the current week instead of all time.
    • Replace "Avg. Lifetime" and "Avg. Lifetime Value" with "Active Subscribers" and "Non-Subscribers" respectively.
    • Remove the "Avg. Order Count" block.
  2. Order Insights:
    • Ensure calculations are based on the Order Paid Date and use the Order Total.
  3. Subscription Insights:
    • Align calculations with the Order Paid Date and utilize the Order Total.
    • Update the Subs Churn calculation method: (# of canceled subscriptions / total # of active subscriptions at the start of the period)*100.
    • Remove "Average LTV" from the Subscription Life block for clarity.



Bug Fixes🎉

🐛POS app crashing when viewing pickup orders
Corrected issue after recent POS update that would cause the app to close when viewing the pick-up orders.

🐛Zip code not correlating to correct delivery zone on to fulfill report
Corrected logic to ensure zip codes are correctly mapped to Delivery Zones, transferring existing subscriptions to the appropriate zone and updating any incorrect relationships.  Additionally, validation prompts have been added to prevent the deletion of zip codes assigned to active subscriptions.

🐛Custom order "Field must not be blank field: source_id" error
We corrected issue that arises when attempting to upload a custom order with Free Tip Off, resulting in a "Field must not be blank Field: source_id" error. 

🐛Filtering To Make Report
Merchants reported that the “To Make Report” would stop displaying data when filtering. This has been corrected.

🐛Cart emptying issue when switching fulfillment options
Implemented fix for issue where cart empties when switching from pickup to delivery or vice versa on mobile/app.

🐛Disappearing  pricing schemes for products
Corrected issue where product pricing would disappear when shopping between fulfillment methods

🐛Development mode error when signing in 
Merchants reported that customer were experiencing a Dev error when attempting to sign in to site.

🐛Product description page showing dev issue
Found issue that would occur when users would sign in and not select a fulfillment method, product description pages would show dev error.
