When the customer selects Menu and Ordering from the top navigation, they will be prompted to enter their zip code to choose a fulfillment option

Prior to entering a zip code, the customer will be able to view the menu but not add any items to their cart. Each item will provide a prompt to enter its zip code. 

Once a customer enters their zip code, they will be provided with a list of fulfillment options available within their area. 

To begin shopping, they will choose to select next to their desired fulfillment option.

When a customer adds a product to their cart, they will receive a notification in the bottom right corner. They are able to click View Cart within this notification to view the items that have been added.

In addition, the cart icon in the upper right corner will display how many items have been added, and the customer can navigate to the cart by clicking the cart icon.

The customer’s cart will display:

  • How many items are in the cart
  • Fulfillment type
  • What items are included in their subscription
  • What items are a one-time purchase
  • Ability to adjust items directly from the cart
  • Option to empty cart
  • Notice of order minimum
  • Overview of the price of their items
  • The option to go back to the menu or continue to checkout

If the customer is not logged in, to the cart it will prompt them for their email address. 

For new customers, it will ask them to create a password.

For an existing customer, it will ask them to enter their password. 

After creating their account or signing in, the customer will enter their delivery (or pickup) information.

If they are existing customers with prior delivery orders, their addresses will pre-populate.

Once the delivery address is saved, the customer will have the opportunity to adjust their subscription fulfillment.

  • Delivery date
  • Delivery time
  • Notes
  • Delivery frequency
  • Plan Name

Once subscription options are complete, the customer will enter their payment information. 

Here, they are able to enter a new card, add a gift card, or select a pre-existing card (if a previous customer).

Once all customer information is entered, the summary of the order is displayed on the right side. 

The customer will have the opportunity to enter a promotion code within the Order Summary

In order to place the order, the customer will need to check that they accept the Terms & Conditions.

After placing the order, the customer will be taken to the Order Details page to view the order summary. 

  • Status
  • Delivery date
  • Shipping address
  • Order details

Customers will also have a link to contact customer support.

Once a subscription has been created, the customer is able to view the subscription by selecting My Subscription within the menu in the upper right corner.

Within the subscription page, they will have the option to select

  • Plan Settings
  • Manage Plan
  • Delivery Info (if plan is set to delivery)
  • Store Hours (if the plan is set to store pickup)

Selecting Plan Settings will allow the customer to view

  • Promo code applied
    • Will have the option to add a promo code if not one already present
  • Plan details
    • Select edit to edit fulfillment information
  • Payment methods
  • Gift cards

They will also have the ability to refer a friend, add a new plan, or cancel their subscription within this section.

Selecting Manage Plan will allow the customer to view

  • Items included within the plan
    • Can adjust quantities or view the menu to add more items
  • Skip week
  • Update order frequency
  • View upcoming order dates
    • Selecting the order date will open the fulfillment panel to update the fulfillment for the selected date

Selecting Delivery Info will allow the customer to view general delivery information

Selecting Store Hours will display the store hours for their selected store and general pickup information
