How to configure e-gift cards within GiftUp?
Note: Gift cards are purchased through GiftUp. You cannot add a gift card product directly in Prado. However, you can create a gift card link and then add a marketing card to your menu with a link to purchase it, or create a dedicated gift card page for customers to navigate and make purchases.

Visit https://giftup.app/account/register
- this should prompt you to Sign up
- once logged in, you should be greeted with the gift card configuration page

Follow the steps to configure your gift cards
- choose a design (or upload your own!)
- select default amounts customers can buy
- Once configured, you should see a link that you will be able to use on a Gift Card Page to sell to your customers.
How to connect GiftUp to your Prado site?
- Go to https://giftup.app/settings
- Click on “View Gift Up Integrations”.
- Scroll down to Custom integrations and click on Connect under “Gift Up Rest API”.
- Click on “Create a ne API Key” then Copy the API Key.
- Go to Prado Admin Classic > IT > Integrations.
- Click the pencil icon to edit GiftUp and add the GiftUp API Key. Click on Save.
How to get your GiftUp checkout link?
- Go to https://giftup.app/settings
- Click on “Get your checkout code/link”
- Scroll down to “Get a shareable checkout link” and copy the URL.
- Once you have the URL, follow the steps in How to set up gift card page?
This is an example of a gift card page, or you can create a marketing card to be placed on the menu directly within Admin v2 > online store > menu styling > marketing cards & having the button link to the gift card within the square.
