How do customers view and use their Loyalty Points?
Your customers can view their Loyalty Points by logging into their Account > Profile.
Once ready to use their Loyalty Points, they must be logged in as a customer at checkout. From the checkout page, customers will be asked whether they'd like to redeem their points or how many points they would like to redeem for this order.
Note: Loyalty Points are earned from every purchase and buyers have the option to redeem them at checkout. They can redeem the minimum amount you set up to the maximum only. Any balance left from the Loyalty Points will be stored in their account and can be used in future orders as customers continue to earn them.
Note: Customers can use their points at checkout and a promo code at the same time.
