How to Create/Edit FAQ Page?
The FAQ Page allows merchants to organize frequently asked questions and provide clear answers to common customer inquiries. You can easily edit or update your FAQ block to ensure customers have access to the most up-to-date information.
FAQs can be added in Page as blocks or as a section in the PDP (Product Details Page).
Steps to Edit/Create an FAQ Page:
- Log into Admin > Online Store.

Navigate to Pages:

If you want to edit an existing page, Locate the Page with the FAQ Block and click the pencil icon to edit.
- Look for the FAQ Block you wish to edit and click on the arrow button > Edit.

Things that you can edit:

Section Name: Customize the name of this FAQ section to make it easier to manage.
Example: “Product FAQ” or “Shipping Information.” - Background Color

Margin and Padding Space
- Margin: Controls the space outside the FAQ block.
- Padding: Controls the space inside the FAQ block, around the content.
- Title Text, Alignment, and Color
- Assign an FAQ Content: Choose the FAQ Content from the list. If you have multiple FAQ sections or templates, select the appropriate one for this page.
- Content Alignment and Color

Section Name: Customize the name of this FAQ section to make it easier to manage.

If you want to create a new FAQ page, Click on Add Page.
- Add Page Name, Page Title, Page URL. Meta Description and Meta Keywords are optional.
- Click on Save.

Click on Add Block.
- Block Name
- Type set to FAQ Block:
- Click on Save Block.

If you want to edit an existing page, Locate the Page with the FAQ Block and click the pencil icon to edit.
- Once done, you can go back to the previous page by clicking the top-left arrow button beside FAQ Block.
- Click on Update Page > Publish Page.
Steps to Add FAQ in PDP (Product Details Page):
- Log into Admin > Products.
- Search for the product that you wish to edit.
- Click on Edit Product.
- Navigate to Paget Details tab.
- Assign an FAQ Content: Choose the FAQ Content from the list. If you have multiple FAQ sections or templates, select the appropriate one for this page.

Steps to Edit/Create texts within the FAQ Block:
- Go to Admin > Online Store

Select Templates and look for FAQ Tab.

to add, click on Add FAQ.

FAQ Name: Set a custom name for this FAQ block. The FAQ name helps you manage multiple FAQ blocks across different pages.
Example: “Shipping & Delivery FAQ” or “Product FAQs.” - Question

- Add more questions if needed.

- to edit, select the FAQ Name you wish to edit > Edit FAQ.

- Click on Save Changes.
