Enabling Marketing Cards in the Mobile App
Prado allows merchants to display Marketing Cards in the mobile app version of their storefront. This brings the mobile-optimized version of your marketing card to the app, allowing customers to see promotions, announcements, or other messaging while shopping.
⚠️ Note: The current implementation only supports the mobile text version of marketing cards. Images will not be displayed in the app. Future updates will enable full image support.
How to Enable or Disable Marketing Cards in the App
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Admin V2 → Online Store → Menu Styling → Marketing Cards.
- Select the Marketing Card you want to edit.
- Click Edit Marketing Card.
- Toggle Show in Mobile App to On (or Off to disable).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Once enabled, the card will appear in the mobile app, showing the mobile-friendly text content of the card.
✅ Tip: Use short, clear messaging in your marketing cards to ensure they are effective on the mobile app, since images will not currently display.
