How do I get notified of new orders?
- Create a distribution list of whom you want to be notified (see Internal Distribution List)
- Go to Marketing and select Auto Communications
- Select Add Automated Communication
- Event: Order Paid
- Timing: Immediately
- Order Type: all orders
- Fulfillment Type: all
- Department: orders
- Channel: Email
- Recipient: distribution list (Select the distribution list you created)
Within the email body, can utilize different Template Variables to add the pertinent information.
Tip: You can do a preview after writing the HTML codes or message, and you can send a test message too.
